Thomas A. Camilli, Jr. is a shareholder with Godin Geraghty Puntillo Camilli, S.C. A lifelong resident of Kenosha and a graduate of St. Joseph High School, Tom received his undergraduate degree Summa Cum Laude from St. Norbert College in 1998 (B.A. Psychology and Philosophy) and graduated Cum Laude from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2001. Tom has dutifully served clients in Southeast Wisconsin for nearly 20 years, garnering praise from not only his clients, but his peers and the local judiciary as well.
Tom counsels clients in the areas of general corporate/business transactions, municipal work, residential and commercial real estate transactions and leasing, estate planning, probate and guardianships, and general civil litigation. Tom's nearly 20 years of broad legal experience best equips him to provide, quality, responsive, and personalized service to each of his individual and business clients. Tom strives to offer creative and cost-effective solutions to his clients' legal problems and concerns. Tom's client-centered focus underlies his basic philosophy that the practice of law is ultimately a partnership between attorney and client driven by the mutual goal to achieve the best possible legal outcome.
In addition to his legal practice, Tom has served as an adjunct instructor in the College of Business and Management with Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee, Concordia University in Kenosha, and has also taught an Introduction to Law course at Carroll University in Waukesha. In his role as an adjunct instructor, Tom teaches courses to undergraduate students in the areas of Business Law, Business Ethics and the American Free Enterprise System.
Tom is admitted to practice before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and the Federal Court of the Eastern District of Wisconsin. Tom is a member of the Kenosha and Wisconsin Bar Associations, the Racine/Kenosha Estate Planning Council, the Kenosha Area Business Alliance, and has previously served on the KABA Finance Council. Tom is also active within his community and parish. He is a member of St. Richard of Chichester Parish in Racine, and serves as Vice Chairman of the Pastoral Council and Finance Council.
